Q: How do I know if my order went through?

Once payment is completed, you’ll receive an email confirmation. Contact us if you didn’t receive anything, and we’ll sort it out.


Q: Can I track my order?

Yes! Once your tee ships, we’ll send you a tracking link via WhatsApp. You can also DM us your Order ID for a quick update.


Shipping & Delivery

Q: How long does shipping take?

  1. Dispatch: 1–3 working days.
  2. Delivery (Malaysia): 2–5 working days, depending on your area.
  3. We’ll keep you in the loop once your parcel is on the move.


Q: Do you ship internationally?

Not yet. Flowstate is keeping it local for now. International drops coming soon.


Sizing & Fit

Q: How do your tees fit?

Our SYSTEM_001 is oversized. Rule of thumb: buy one size up from your usual.

(Example: if you usually wear “S,” grab an “M.”)

Care

Q: How do I wash my Flowstate tee?

  1. Hand wash or cold wash only
  2. Do not tumble dry
  3. Iron inside out if needed


Treat it right and it’ll age with character.


Payments

Q: What payment methods do you accept?

FPX, credit/debit cards, Touch ’n Go, and GrabPay are all handled securely via HitPay.


Q: Are payments safe?

100%. HitPay is a licensed payment provider, and all transactions are encrypted.


Returns & Exchanges

Q: Can I return or exchange my tee?

Yes, returns are accepted within 7 days, unworn and with tags intact.


Contact us with your Order ID and we’ll walk you through it.
